The townhouse features 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, plus built-in twin bunks. You can either spend your days by the pool and the beach or venture out to discover local attractions like Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf State Park Fishing Pier and Waterville USA. Age restriction applies: • If you are renting this property between March 1st and April 20th, you must be 24 years old. • You must be at least 21 years old to rent this property. • Proof of age is required. House rules • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available from 9 am. - 3 pm. • Please note: Hosteeva is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
