House Rules

• No smoking inside.
• No parties.
• Please respect quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• ~~MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY~~ The maximum number of guests is limited to 10 persons (staying or visiting) and should NOT exceed, only registered guests are allowed in the property at all times. Immediate termination of reservation if guest exceeds maximum.
• ~~GUEST REGISTRATION~~ The full names of all guests occupying the property (visiting or staying) must be registered. A valid ID will register the guests prior to arrival. ONLY registered guests are allowed in the property at ALL TIMES.There is an exterior surveillance camera, $500 fee and immediate termination of reservation for unregistered guests. No pets. Service pets will incur additional cleaning fee.
• ~~SURVEILLANCE CAMERA/ NOISE SENSOR ~~ There are 2 surveillance recording devices that captures ONLY the front perimeter entry of the house. The noise sensor detects noise levels in and out of the house. If they reach 70 decibels or higher, which is the legal limit in a residential area, you will receive a message notifying you to lower the volume. If this continues, we will respectfully ask that you vacate the property immediately. If police are called you will be liable for the $1,000 fine.
• ~~ PETS~~ No Pets. Extra cleaning fee of $200 if guests bring any pets
• ~~CHECK IN/CHECK OUT~~ *CHECK IN is anytime after 3:00 P.M. CHECK OUT is 11:00 A.M, to respect the housekeepers time any late check out will incur a $55 fee, for every 30 mins.
• ~~EARLY CHECK IN/ LATE CHECK OUT~~ An early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance. If available, $45 per hour will apply to each request
• ~~GOOD NEIGHBOR~~ This home is in a residential area and we want to be respectful to our neighbors. The guests shall not create noise likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. No congregating outside the home, driveway or front yard
• ~~FURNITURE~~ Do not move any furniture. If large furniture is moved we will have to hire movers to move the furniture back to their original areas to which the guests agree a fee of $50 - $150 will apply.
• ~~SMOKING~~ No smoking inside the premises. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside the house, you must pick up and dispose of all cigarette butts. Any type of smoking inside the property will incur a $250 additional cleaning fee.
• ~~HOUSEHOLD ITEMS~~ We do not permit towels, linens, or any other household items to be taken from the house. Missing items will incur a fee to replace item(s).
• ~~PROPERTY RELATED KEYS~~ $100 will be charged for each key for failure to return any and all rental property related keys. Lock outs $50 service.
• ~~TOILETS~~ DO NOT FLUSH anything other than waste. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clogged the septic system, you will be liable for the total cost of repair.
• ~~BATH/POOL TOWELS~~ Are to be used for its sole purpose and not to clean shoes, cars, make up etc. If stains are left on the towels that we cannot remove a $6 fee for each will apply to replace the towel(s). This applies to comforters as well a $60 fee to replace damaged comforters.
• ~~POOL SYSTEM: *POOL IS NOT HEATED*~~ The pool system is not to be tampered with in any form (this has previously resulted in damage to our pool filter from guests trying to change the system) we check the system after every check out ,indication of controls being changed a damage fee will apply from $80 - $350 depending on the problem
• ~~ ISSUES ON OR WITH THE PROPERTY~~ Please call us immediately or send us a message. It's best that we take care of the problem(s) immediately instead of you trying to fix it.
• ~~* ELECTRICITY FOR MONTHLY STAYS*~~ The average cost is $6.05, KWH 50.32 if guests leave electricity on all day when away from the property or for any other reason excessively use the electricity guests will be responsible for the overage after a $200 electricity bill.
• ~~ LIABILITY WAIVER~~ Keep children away from the pool unless there is constant adult supervision. Guest agrees not to hold owners liable or responsible for any injuries, accidents or any other damages as result of pool use and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of guest, his/her guests, licensees or invitees.
• ~~CHECK OUT PROCEDURE~~ Wash all dirty dishes & take out trash
