Hosteeva has developed cleaning checklist inspired by CDC research and our staff has been trained in proper disinfection techniques and uses high-grade disinfecting products after each check-out.

This Hosteeva studio is located on the 16th floor of the Breakers Boutique Resort and includes an ocean-front balcony, relaxing pools, and other amazing amenities for a fun-filled vacation. You'll be located on the wide stretches of beach literally steps to the pool and ocean.
When you are ready for your lunch or snack, world-class cuisine is available on site - you won't even have to venture out from the resort to enjoy some delicious food and drinks.
The oceanfront condo has a wonderful list of onsite water attractions that are sure to cool you down. Enjoy your time at the pools, tanning lawn, and hot tubs. Spend your evenings by the oceanfront fire pit or watching amazing sunsets from your balcony.

• The primary guest must be at least 21 years old on the day of check-in
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking

House rules
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: $200
• Bicycles, motorcycles are not allowed
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens
• Due to high occupancy levels, we can't grant early check-in
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots
