Walk to campus, UT Football games & Bass Hall. This is a beautifully remodeled condo in the Hancock neighborhood on the northern edge of Austin's vibrant downtown and the University of Texas campus. Guests have the entire condo unit. The entrance to the unit is on the first floor a few steps from your reserved parking spot. It is located in a small residential condominium development with 5 low-rise (two story) buildings each holding 6 units.
The condo has easy access to restaurants, shopping (including two grocery stores), downtown, and the University of Texas campus. The Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium and the Bass Concert Hall are about a 10 minute walk from the unit. There is very easy access to Interstate 35 for both north and south bound travelers.
All utilities are included including high speed internet with Wifi. You have free access to condominium pool, and free access to YoutubeTV, Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Video. We have a clothes iron, ironing board, and a clothes steamer for your convenience.
We provide linens and towels.
You will have ONE reserved covered parking spot for you car. From this location, it is very easy to walk, bus, bicycle, or UBER anywhere you need to go. There are typically numerous Bird and Lime scooters right near the property and there is a Metro bus stop right at the corner. If you need additional parking, street parking is available to the north and east of the condo. You may also use the numerous hospital parking garages across the street.
