Things to know
• Age restriction applies:
-If you are renting this property between March 1st and April 20th, you must be 24 years old.
-You must be at least 21 years old to rent this property.
-Proof of age is required.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Some amenities may be unavailable due to ongoing improvements from Hurricane Sally.
House rules
• Parking limited spaces 2 cars maximum. Parking Passes can be purchases onsite. $25
per car/per stay.
• Pool Codes, etc. will be given by on-site front desk when guests purchase their paring pass.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• House parties are not allowed at the property.
