YOUR SPACE
Enjoy a cosy stay in a large centrally-located house. Remodelled by an interior decorator, your room features a designer bed with quality linens to cocoon in. Your closet spans one side of the room with a storage system built in. Layered lighting sets the mood while task lighting supports work, reading or getting ready. Pieces from the host’s art collection plus thoughtful amenities complete the experience.
Come home to peace and safety while remaining close to hospitals, big tech and commerce.
THE PROPERTY
Our 4-bed / 2-bath home measures a comfortable 2,200 sq-ft. This single-family, single-level house sits atop a 5,200 sq-ft residential corner lot. Outdoor areas include a fully-fenced and gated U-shaped garden/backyard. Additional front and side yards further envelope the property in greenery. Enjoy al fresco dining under fruit trees and fairy lights.
Your bedroom is private. You share the hallway bathroom with another guest when the other bedroom is occupied. Otherwise, it’s all yours!
Common areas include both living rooms, the foyer, a formal dining room, an open-plan kitchen and the laundry room.
Off-limit areas are other bedrooms and bathrooms, the study, the garage (unless parking bikes) and boiler, maintenance, and linen closets/cupboards.
While dark and cocooning, there are purposeful sources of light throughout your room for daily tasks. Your garden view is the most private in the house. Lock and key on your bedroom door as well as curtains on windows for further privacy.
Free street parking. Driveway parking subject to availability – please contact your host. Do not block driveways. Bikes park free in the garage or in the backyard only.
OTHER ITEMS TO NOTE
This is the host's primary home where two small dogs live on property. Two of the home's bedrooms are on Kopa. Bar the occasional guest, the maximum number of occupants (incl. your host) is three and she will inform you if other guests travel with pets/service animals.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is a residential area near Santa Clara High School and Koreatown. Quiet, safe and suburban, residents tend to drive around town but parks, libraries, petrol stations, restaurants/shops and the post office are all within walking distance.
Prime location on the border of Sunnyvale and Cupertino – perfect for commuting into San Jose or the Peninsula. Or exploring restaurants! Centrally-located and close to transportation without being noisy or congested. We are a stone's throw from multiple tech companies and hospitals.
