Located in the heart of Pacific Beach, this comfy residence is the perfect getaway to relax & have fun. Within a short bike ride, it is only one mile to the beach & half a mile to the bay. The home has excellent privacy as the front yard is raised five feet above street level and has security cameras in the front to ensure your safety. This property is situated in a quiet and comfortable semi-detached residence located in Pacific Beach, CA. It is a 2B/1B with a very spacious living & dining room. The space is well thought out and tailor-made for families ✔ couples on a romantic getaway ✔ all visitors looking to explore San Diego ✔ vacations to the beach and more. With all kinds of board games ✔ bikes ✔ front yard space ✔ beach gear ✔ close proximity to everything you will have plenty of options for enjoyment. Located next to both the ocean & the bay, you have plenty of things to do around here whether it’s riding a beach cruiser to the beach, going on a walk along Mission Bay, going out to the lively downtown PB area, or even venturing outside of Pacific Beach to visit other areas. My favorite part about this place is the seating area outside in the front yard. With an elevated view of Mission Bay, It is extremely peaceful especially in the morning times and during evenings just before sunset. Since Mission Bay is only a half mile away, there are also fireworks you can see from both the yard and the kitchen window from time-to-time. I put in a lot of effort to be fair to you & keep my place clean, so you will never have to worry about sleeping in a dirty home. Aside from being in beautiful Pacific Beach, you will have access to all kinds of entertainment in the home such as in the living room where there is a smart TV + cable with Netflix ✔ Prime Video ✔ HBOGO ✔ Youtube ✔ ESPN and more. You have the choice of utilizing the Roku TV or Spectrum Cable by simply switching the video source on the remote. In the hallway cabinet that you will have access to, there are also a number of board games & card games that you & your family/friends can use for entertainment. Some of my childhood favorites are in there!
You have full 24-hour access to everything in this home with the exception of the locked cabinets located in the hallway & inside the gate on the side of the house. Come and go as you like! There's an electronic lock powered through WiFi, so there are no keys to keep up with! You are more than welcome to use that area for barbecuing, but we ask that you please stay out of the gate out of respect to the owner and his lovely dog. That area leads to the other section of the property which is currently occupied by the owner. However, not to worry, the owner is at the property only 30 days out of the year as he travels very frequently for business. You may hear the occasional door shut or voice, but he has his own separate access to the property. When barbecuing, there may also be a dog that approaches the gate to come play. Do not worry, her name is Zoie and she is very sweet! She's even been in a couple of music videos! You will also have access to all the bicycles, boogie boards, skim board & beach chair. These items will be located on the right side of the house facing the front door. Pass the corner on the right side where there is a green tree, and you will see the bikes stationed along the pathway.
