Whether you’re traveling for vacation, a quick weekend retreat or any other special occasion, this picturesque Gulf-front getaway has it all: gorgeous beaches, excellent accommodations, amenities and a charming downtown! This ocean-front condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building and has 7 steps to access the unit. Take a walk on the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach in the morning to take in the beautiful sunrise and splashing waves. Imagine starting your morning with breathtaking Gulf views from your very own private balcony. While this great resort condo has everything you need for an ideal beach vacation, if you decide to venture out, all must-see places and local attractions are either a short walk or a drive away from you. It doesn’t get any better than this! Passes can be purchased on site at the Front Desk. Things to know • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • A photo ID will be required after booking to confirm stay • Please note that indoor pool is currently closed due to safety reasons • Some amenities may be unavailable due to ongoing improvements from Hurricane Sally. House rules • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Extra towels can be delivered for an additional $25 • Please note: Hosteeva is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots. • If you do not vacate the premises on your check out time, you will be charged for one (1) additional night’s stay.
