About the space

Available after October 15th 2023!! The rent includes all utilities like high speed wifi, trash, electricity etc. Completely private separate room in a delightful newly remodeled and fully furnished private room with window, private bathroom & full closet in my upscale 3 bedroom, 2 bath Redwood City condo. You’ll be close to everything in the bay area but far from the bustle to enjoy a relaxing stay. This area is also very close to many hiking spots. You will have full access to the kitchen, living room, patio lounge which will be shared with me. You are free to use the community pool and the garden. There are ample parking slots available. I am a Software Engineer working in the bay area peninsula region. I am looking for a friend and roommate. I like to cook so we can occasionally have dinner together. I went to USC in Los Angeles and have been living in the San Francisco / Bay Area for over 6 years, so feel free to ask me questions or recommendations for anything if you are new to the area! I am social but also like space and quiet. Candidate requirement: Financial supporting documents, job verification and covid vaccinated.
