Age restriction applies: • If you are renting this property between March 1st and April 20th, you must be 24 years old. • You must be at least 21 years old to rent this property. • Proof of age is required. • A photo ID will be required after booking to confirm stay House rules • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Please note: Hosteeva is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
