-Proof of age is required.
* State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
* The pool is private.
House rules
* $35.00 per day to have the heat turned on for guests use in the outdoor pool
* Up to 50lb dogs are allowed. $125 Per pet. 2 pet
* The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
* House parties are not allowed at the property.
