About the space
At Outpost Club’s first house, we crafted a coliving space by improving upon the most successful versions of existing coliving spaces. We knew the Flatbush property would be a great match for what we are trying to achieve at Outpost, with the potential to be a strong, tight-knit coliving community of members — and today, that’s exactly what it is. Through regular get-togethers and diligent screenings of new Outpost members, this is more than just the Flatbush House; it’s a Flatbush community.
The Flatbush House in a great neighborhood.
The 2 and 5 trains are right around the corner and will take you to Manhattan in 30 minutes. Brooklyn’s Prospect Park is close by, inviting you to jog, work outside or temporarily escape from city life.
There are also many great places in the area to eat for cheap.
With exposed brick walls, well-situated bedrooms and large common spaces, the Flatbush House is a beautifully designed space. The common areas include an integrated co-working office area, an ample living room and a large dinner table for a communal coliving experience. This coliving space has five bedrooms, all attached to the common areas. Take a trip down the stairs and you’ll find a co-working space, which is massive in comparison to your average New York apartment.
This space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up with your suitcase.
